Discrimination often occurs in many different forms. It can affect people in the most hurtful ways. There are often people who are targeted due to their sexual orientation. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transsexual people experience too much discrimination within the workplace, schools and social settings we must be supportive and embrace gender identity. This has also been known to cause victims to attempt suicide. Lesbians are homosexual (attracted to persons of the same sex) women; it relates to homosexual women or to homosexuality in women. The definition of gay is a person, especially a homosexual man: it can also mean lighthearted and carefree. A person who is sexually attracted to both men and women is a definition of a bisexual person. Transsexuals are a people who psychologically and emotionally feel they belong to opposite sex. People often refer to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transsexual people as LGBT. Meanwhile, they often must deal with discrimination because of who they choose to sleep with. Discrimination is in the workplace does not just target a certain race in the LGBT community. Discrimination is affecting anyone who identifies them as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. People most often feel that educators who are Lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender have unchallenging positions.
